The Bevel is the 4th phase of The Barrel Yards development and the newest addition to Uptown Waterloo’s vibrant community. We’re proud to have played a role in shaping the neighbourhood and providing a modern living space that connects residents to the best of what this thriving city has to offer.
The Barrel Yards development is a multi-phased project comprised of six large multi-unit residential buildings, the Delta Waterloo hotel, a long-term care residence and an office tower complex in Uptown Waterloo across from Silver Lake and Waterloo Park. This large interconnected project includes over 1,300 apartments, live-work units, a park and an underground parking garage with 2,400 spaces.
