The Cooperage South is a 22-storey building with 245 suites and one-storey underground parking. The amenities include a fitness facility, weight room, movie theatre, yoga room, saunas, rooftop lounges and rooftop patios.
The Cooperage South tower is connected to The Cooperage North tower by a three-storey townhouse Live/Work link, which features ground floor streetscape work units with 2 storeys of residential housing above.
The Barrel Yards development project consists of six large multi-unit residential buildings, the Delta Waterloo hotel, long-term care residence and an office tower complex in Uptown Waterloo across from Silver Lake and Waterloo Park. This large interconnected project includes over 1,300 apartments, live-work units, a park and an underground parking garage with 2,400 spaces, a significant and logistically challenging site.
