At Stonerise Construction, we’re proud to be building communities across Southwestern Ontario. Our reputation as a leading builder was established through the long list of important projects we have managed, from early idea stages to completion.
One ongoing project we’re proud to be a part of building is The Barrel Yards community in Uptown Waterloo. An Auburn Developments project, it offers condominiums, apartments and live-work units as well as the Delta Waterloo and Proof Kitchen + Lounge, all designed to add vibrancy and energy to the area. It’s also home to the Stonerise Construction offices.
Future Plans
The Barrel Yards community is well underway, with two segments of the development now complete: two 26-storey towers and two 22-storey towers. These buildings comprise over a million square feet, a portion of the overall plan for the area.
Further construction is currently underway, and the community will continue to grow with exciting developments over the next few years. You can still see our crane set up in this area, ready to begin erecting the upper levels of the towers when the time is right.
