The Staves

The Staves is the newest addition to the Barrel Yards, with 22-stories and 236 suites. The amenities include a fitness centre, movie theatre, party room with private dining, rooftop billiards lounge, and rooftop terrace.

The Barrel Yards development is comprised of six large multi-unit residential buildings, the Delta Waterloo hotel, long-term care residence and an office tower complex in Uptown Waterloo across from Silver Lake and Waterloo Park. This large interconnected project includes over 1,300 apartments, live-work units, a park and an underground parking garage with 2,400 spaces, a challenging multi-phased project.
