Proof Kitchen + Lounge located within the Delta Waterloo Hotel and is part of The Barrel Yards development in Uptown Waterloo.
Balanced between a welcoming ambience and maximum seating, the restaurant and kitchen span 6,000 square feet with a mix of contemporary and industrial décor designed by the award-winning design studio -Tong Tong Designs.
The restaurant interior has an incredible warm ambience created with the use of layering many materials in fit out of Douglas fir, walnut, hot rolled steel and millwork. The designed focused ceiling finishes off the dining area to provide an upscale industrial dining experience.
